- Well prepared and equipped with the right knowledge/persons;

- Smooth integration with the Banks' architecture;

- Positive attitude towards challenges or enhancements proposed;

- On general bass, response to queries is within the same hour on many occasions;

- Patient;

- Trustworthy;

What do you dislike about Resistant Transactions?

Rather than a dislike, the fact that Res.AI do not offer case management tool, Res.AI outsourced this part. Having said that, the professional approach to integrate the system was super smooth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Resistant Transactions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Res.AI have assisted the bank to align better to regulatory expectations as well as reduce false positive alerts making Teams more efficient and obtaining better results.
