I really find the tags in REsimpli very helpful because they separate which lead is identified, like no answer, wrong number, or unavailable, allowing me to organize and search for specific leads easily. I particularly like that I can tag and follow up with leads marked as no answer, leading me directly to them so I can start calling. Additionally, I appreciate the customer assistance; they are very consistent and thorough in answering questions, even the small ones, through chat and email support, responding within minutes to hours, which is extremely useful. Also, REsimpli's features are easy to understand, and the customer service is spectacular. There are a couple of things I wish REsimpli could fix. I'd like to receive notifications on my phone's home screen instead of having to constantly check the app. It would make it easier since I use my phone for business purposes. Also, I think there could be more ways to organize through list stacking. The tags are great, but some aspects under those tags could be further separated. Additionally, scheduling with list stacking is a bit inconvenient. You have to manually remember your schedule because it doesn't remind you when you're list stacking.
