What do you like best about ReShield?

I like the comprehensiveness of their solution. It's one tool that solves most of my Identity and access governance requirements. ReShield provides me visibility into what identities I have in various systems and what are their access levels. With so many SaaS apps, cloud platforms, databases it was previously difficult to find out who has access to what, but now I can get that easily from one dashboard. What I find amazing is that I don’t have to buy a separate solution for Non Human Identity Management, as they provide all the functionalities to discover, define ownership and rotate NHIs as well. I love their insights feature, which shows me the things that my team needs to fix like which users aren’t using MFA in what systems, which users are just lying dormant etc. The access review functionality has been a boon for us, they have built it very intelligently, helps save us a lot of time. What do you dislike about ReShield?

Nothing. They didn’t have a couple of integrations we were using, but they built them for us within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReShield solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us solve the following problems: - Now we have visibility into our identities in various systems and I can provide queries in natural language and create any access report I need. - We use their Risk Insights to understand the current issues and remediate them. - We extensively use their access reviews feature for all compliance certifications, it has helped us save a lot of time. - It also allows us to automate the identity lifecycle with auto provisioning (when an employee joins a team) and deprovisioning when they leave. - Providing temporary access to the team when needed with self-service just-in-time access.
