What do you like best about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?

I find Resco – Mobility & Productivity to be an essential tool that significantly adds value to our daily departmental activities. The platform's ease of use and support across various devices make it indispensable. It's incredibly versatile, allowing us to perform our tasks, such as product inspections, sales opportunities management, and tracking rental and service periods, with efficiency and ease. The ability to operate both offline and online is particularly advantageous, especially since our company policy prohibits connecting to public Wi-Fi, making it highly useful in areas with poor connectivity. Additionally, Resco's seamless integration with different devices facilitates collaborative work among team members using PCs, mobiles, and tablets. I truly appreciate how the system consolidates processes that would otherwise be scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and paper, thus reducing complexity and potential errors. What do you dislike about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?

I occasionally find the sync times to be slower than expected. This might be due to our large published app within Resco – Mobility & Productivity that requires files to be offline for the offline capability to function effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
