We setup Repudoc and were able to start getting reviews from our customers that same day. Love the simplicity of this tool. It takes me about 5 minutes per week and we have received 79 positive reviews for our business. Nearly all of them are 5 stars! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes we have to wait a few days to see reviews appear. If a customer leaves a review on Google it might not appear for 4 days or more. I don't think this is a Repudoc thing and is probably much more of a Google thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
