What I like most about ReportAI is that it focuses on the entire inspection-to-report workflow rather than just AI writing. Site photos, annotations, voice notes and observations can be organised during the inspection, including against locations on a plan. The floor-level and contour tools are particularly useful for engineering work, and the ability to produce an editable report means the engineer still has control over the final document. The combination of field capture, offline functionality and AI-assisted reporting in one platform is what I find most valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ReportAI is still a relatively new platform, so it doesn’t yet have the depth of integrations and enterprise features available in some established inspection software. I’d also like to see more integrations and additional industry-specific templates as the platform develops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
