I like the support team; they always go above and beyond to help, which is amazing. The ability to schedule reports to deliver to your email is a wonderful feature. The initial setup was very easy, and they assisted directly too. I also really appreciate how it solves the problem of Shopify's native reports being limiting. Report Pundit lets us easily compare all kinds of values and export as Excel, ensuring our store's product titles with full-width characters don't cause errors like Shopify does.
