I like the ease of use and the great support from the team at Report Pundit. They're really responsive when we're trying to build reports and actually help us with the report-building process. It's nice not having to struggle with reports myself because they provide a live expert to assist with it. Another thing I appreciate is how easily I can save and schedule reports. I'd like to see more data visualization. The outputs are tables of data and emails, and it will present the data in a tabular format very well, but it doesn't do graphic format very well. I really would like to see more graphic outputs and have email reports with pie charts and bar charts so we can visualize the data a bit more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
