I find the ease of creating automated email campaigns very easy. Once the campaigns are completed it is very easy to collaborate with other team members to share work and not have to duplicate efforts. At this point, there are very few negatives that I have discovered using the tool. One that I could mention would be the integration with Salesforce and the information that you are able to map when uploading contacts. There are a few custom fields we use with Salesforce that we are required to manually change in Salesforce after contacts have been uploaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
