I find Replavia very easy to use, and the setup was really seamless and very smooth. It automatically replies to my comments within seconds and sends automated DMs with the links and assets I add in the dashboard. It saves me time because I do not have to reply to every comment and DM people personally. I like the number of features, including AI chatting, correction, and the brand kit. My favorite feature is the follow-up message sent after a few hours when someone has not opened the link. It reminds them to open it, and it increases the percentage of people clicking on what I send. I switched from ManyChat because Replavia offers more features at a lower price, and I think it was one of my best decisions because it helped me a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Replavia’s website UI/UX could be better. There’s a lot of text and instructions that I tend to skip, so I have to read long paragraphs to understand every feature. I’d prefer less text and more icons, illustrations, graphics, and better design so I can understand features within a few seconds and have a smoother experience.
