What do you like best about REP Helper?

I like that it covers everything I need in one place and gives me peace of mind that I’m tracking things properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REP Helper?

At first I thought it might be complicated because it's so complete and offers so much more than other tracking products, but it was actually very easy to get started. They walked me through everything, and once I was set up, it felt very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REP Helper solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem it solves for me is completeness. Most apps that I used before only track the 750-hour test, but that is not the whole picture for REPS. My lawyer and CPA were both very clear that I needed to be thorough and have good records for all the tests that apply.

REP Helper gives me one place to track the 750 hours, the 50% test, STR material participation, driving time, and everything else I need. I do not have to keep separate logs or wonder if I am missing something. It makes my life much easier and gives me peace of mind that I will have everything organized when I hand it over to my CPA.

I also tried some of the AI features and they are nice, but I am pretty old school. I like that I can still enter everything the regular way and that it is quick and easy. My wife uses the AI tools more often than I do, but I like that the app works well either way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
