Reo has been our go-to tool for gathering developer intent and signals intelligence to be able to proactively reach out to the right person at the right time when they might need human expertise or support because they have recently interacted with our open source libraries leading to new opportunities and increased developer happiness. The customer support (as well as support from their leadership team) has always been very present and extremely timely - no matter the time a question has been asked. The interface requires a learning curve and isn't the most intuitive because it's a mix of filters and 'pre-programmed' scoring algorithms from Reo's side (that are very helpful) but the mix leads to a lot of different areas and ways one can get information from. With that said, the learning curve is rapidly handled by Reo's excellent customer success and support that are always at the ready - often with explainer videos where the agent literally shows you how to get what you want done.
