The biggest struggle we have with Rental Result is there are glitches sometimes (as with any software) and there seems to be a tendency to roll out new functionality without full viability testing. There have been modules we go to use that have to have development work before it fits our needs. Not having a strong in-house knowledge and support of the Rental Result product leaves us relying on Wynne for a lot more support than our company wants to pay for at times.
