I appreciate the automation: I can see at a glance all my drivers and how I should pay them at the end of the month. I also like the gamification and practical aspect, especially for launching small challenges over a day. I enjoy managing absences and adapting goals: if a driver has sick leave during the month, I see it directly and their goal is adjusted in real-time.
