Payouts arrive consistently on time in my preferred local currency, and managing expense reimbursements, payslips, and time off directly from the dashboard is completely hassle-free. Having to navigate a separate, clunky greytHR interface for tax declarations, Form 16, and investment proofs fragments what should be an all-in-one experience on Remote. Additionally, updating and verifying local bank account details for salary payouts can be rigid and tedious, with confusing verification delays that make you worry about payroll processing on time. The primary problem Remote solves is eliminating the massive cost, time, and legal risk associated with establishing foreign business entities to hire global talent. By acting as the Employer of Record (EOR), Remote lets us hire, onboard, and pay team members across multiple countries in days rather than months. This significantly cuts our legal and administrative overhead, mitigates worker misclassification risks, and centralizes our entire international workforce under one unified compliance platform.
