What do you like best about Remote Monitoring and Management?

Atera is a neat platform with lots of functionality which makes managing your clients systems a breeze. Also the team are really easy to get along with and have regular zoom sessions for product updates and education of their client base. Very refreshing these days. What problems is Remote Monitoring and Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of time, I can be in and out of clients systems without travelling to site. The automation makes the trivial/time consuming tasks a breeze!, Client security is simplified with AV and Backup tools built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
