As a consultant, many of the applications and environments I work on are only available inside the client's network, so Remote Desktop Services is the easiest way to access them. Once I am connected, I can do everything I normally need, like access internal applications, work on servers, check logs, troubleshoot issues, or make changes. It feels just like working on a local machine, so I do not have to worry about installing client tools on my own laptop. For me, it is a simple and easy way to connect to the client environment and continue my work. **What do you dislike about Remote Desktop Services?** One thing I do not like is that when I have to work on multiple client virtual machines, I need to open a separate Remote Desktop session for each one. After a while, it becomes difficult to manage so many windows and switch between them. I wish there was a single interface where I could save all my connections and switch between different virtual machines more easily without opening a new Remote Desktop window every time. It would make day-to-day work much more convenient, especially when working with multiple client environments. **What problems is Remote Desktop Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remote Desktop Services lets me work on client environments without being physically connected to their network. As a consultant, many of the applications, servers, and internal tools I use are only available from the client's virtual machine, so I connect through Remote Desktop almost every day. It helps me access the client environment, work on support requests, check logs, troubleshoot issues, and complete my tasks just like I would if I were sitting in the client's office. Everything stays inside the client network, so I do not have to copy files or install client applications on my own laptop. For me, the biggest benefit is that I can work from anywhere while still having access to the same environment and tools I need to do my job. ### 2.
