What do you like best about Remodel Health?

My experiences submitting expenses for reimbursement have been very uneventful and streamlined. When I email for help, they respond quickly and have an excellent record of figuring out the solution to whatever had me stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Remodel Health?

I don't have very many complaints. Probably the closest I come to being unhappy is that I find the entire setup confusing and a little difficult to have confidence in. I don't know anyone working at any other organization that goes through a similar process, so I have these moments where I wonder why all of this is necessary. What problems is Remodel Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I have a medical expense, and my insurance denies it, I submit the EOB to Remodel Health through a very streamlined process, and in most cases I get reimbursed. And when anything unexpected happens, I just email the "care" address, and I get a quick and helpful response. The problems that solves are the high cost of health care and the confusing, convoluted path to getting problems solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
