What do you like best about Remix OS?

Remix OS blends the mobile-first design of Android with a familiar desktop-style interface, making it highly intuitive for both tech-savvy users and newcomers. Its ability to run Android apps in resizable windows gives users the flexibility to multitask like they would on a traditional PC, which is especially useful for productivity and testing purposes. What do you dislike about Remix OS?

The biggest upside is its lightweight design and the ability to repurpose old hardware into usable Android-based machines. For developers or analysts like me, it offers an efficient testing environment for Android apps without needing an emulator. The file management system and taskbar mimic Windows, reducing the learning curve for new users. Plus, it boots quickly and runs smoothly compared to traditional desktop OSs. What problems is Remix OS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remix OS solves the problem of limited multitasking and desktop productivity on Android devices by providing a desktop-style experience with features like a taskbar, multi-window support, and right-click functionality. It allowed me to repurpose older hardware and run Android applications in a more efficient, PC-like environment. This has been particularly beneficial for testing mobile apps, doing light data tasks, and accessing mobile productivity tools on a desktop interface without the need for emulators or dual-boot setups.
