I really like how I can use the tool for quantitative and qualitative research studies. It is very easy to set up questions either bulk upload or individually. While there is a timing tool, it is harder to customize the 'speaks' like welcome messages. I have had a client complain that the moderator not be on a live video (I am not complaining), but happy you can show an avatar or picture of the moderator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
