What do you like best about RELEX?

I appreciate the ability for the different pieces of RELEX to connect (i.e. PLAN, to SPACE, to FLOOR & STORE). This allows our internal teams to bridge the gaps to understand & grow our business for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RELEX?

There isn't always a complete understanding from the RELEX side for some functionality of the systems. When being trained to use performance data in SPACE, for example, we never received an actual formula to understand how certain fields are calculated to present to our other office teams. This means that we can guess where the metrics are coming from, but aren't totally certain. This also relates to the lack of documentation for how to utilize the system (i.e. outdated User Manuals). What problems is RELEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

When our company implemented the SPACE & STORE sectors of RELEX, we asked the RELEX implementation team to bend over backwards to match our current processes in the new system. This type of customization prevented our company from fully embracing the Best Practices suggested by RELEX to really embrace the system. RELEX is now helping us understand & reimplement portions of the system to take advantage of what RELEX is truly capable of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
