What I like best about Release Management is how it centralizes and streamlines the entire release process across multiple Jira projects. The ability to automatically generate Release Notes and publish them directly to Confluence saves significant time while ensuring every release is consistently documented for engineering, support, and business teams.
The new Rovo AI capabilities are another standout feature. AI-generated release summaries, risk identification, and dependency analysis provide CAB reviewers with the context they need without having to manually review dozens of Jira issues. Combined with responsive support and continuous product improvements, it has become an invaluable tool for managing enterprise-scale releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, there isn't much to dislike. The only area for improvement would be expanding the customization options for AI-generated summaries and release notes, allowing organizations to tailor the output to their own templates and governance requirements. Additional reporting and dashboard customization would also provide even greater visibility into release metrics and trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
