What do you like best about Relative Insight?

The staff have consistently worked with me 1:1 to truly understand my project needs and the impact of my work. They then help me to tailor a unique solution that makes sense, is efficient and effective, and furthermore they check in routinely to see if the setup is still working for me. What do you dislike about Relative Insight?

Each employee I've connected with at RI has been fantastic. The only downside is that I've worked with several different partners over the years. I've been pleased for those who are growing at the company but it is the downside that I have to become familiar with a new counterpart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Relative Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're monitoring for fake COVID vaccines and treatments. The ongoing monitor provided me with a baseline, trends, and context as we weigh new developments against the backdrop of ongoing risk and concern about these counterfeit items. It helps my team direct our work appropriately to continue monitoring or actively respond in some way to bad actors worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
