What do you like best about REIS Real Estate Solutions?

That I can get up to date reports on the commercial real estate market. I can look for real estate data at the property, submarket and market level which is especially important when underwriting a property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REIS Real Estate Solutions?

It can be hard to find cap rates and navigate to find some of the information that I want. Sometimes I will search for specific multi-family properties and they will not be on the site. This is most likely due to them being recently constructed, gut rehabbed or re-developed. Constantly updating the markets is essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REIS Real Estate Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are financing multifamily properties all over the country. In doing so we need to underwrite the value of the property (if it is a refinance) correctly so we are financing the correct amount of proceeds. When underwriting a property you will need an understanding of where value is in the property's current market. REIS helps solve this problem.
