What do you like best about REIkit House Flipping Software?

Fantastic online place to organize properties, write lender proposals, calculate numbers on a property, work up a CMA and more! Loved the ability to account financially for differences in properties when comparing, such as # of bedrooms....and it's all customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REIkit House Flipping Software?

The only thing I could see wrong was the automatic map that shows your property address was incorrect, it pinned a property 2 doors down from the correct one, and you can't manually move the pin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
