**What do you like best about Regpack?**

The basic system appears to work well for standard use cases, such as taking registrations for camps and similar events. Many other user reviews are positive, suggesting that for certain businesses, Regpack may be a good fit. The system has potential for businesses with simple needs.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

Despite assurances, Regpack was unable to process payments in euros, making the system unusable. Translation support fell short of expectations. The system is buggy and unreliable, with significant glitches and no clear timeline for fixes. There was no transparency regarding updates, and the CEO did not respond to complaints.

Regpack continued charging despite the system being unusable and refused to issue a refund. The onboarding process was inefficient, requiring significant time investment to build the system, despite claims that it would be set up for the user. The sales team makes promises they cannot deliver on. The system works for basic use but struggles with advanced requirements, especially outside the U.S.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It didn't solve any problems for me as it was ultimately unusable.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

They asked us what we wanted to build. Unfortunately they did not follow thorugh with it's practicality of use.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

No customers service. You have to email them and wait for days for a repsonse. Typically the response includes "the system cannot do that" even to most basic requests.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted them to hold all registration info for us. They were not able to allow our users to look up campers nor sort them alphabetically. They also weren't able to solve issues with the system sending the wrong link to campers. It has been such a challenging relationship with regpack.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

My favorite parts of Regpack are the triggered email features and the ability to sort and create reports on any of the information imputed. Being able to send emails based on triggers, like a family making a payment or completing a form, is awesome. I also very much enjoy the payment portal and the customizable forms. Before coming to Regpack, we only had a fillable form to email from our website, so having the data populate to printable forms or to exportable spreadsheets was a game changer. It's also immensely helpful to have so many customizable report options, as you can run a report on any group for any fields.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

-Phone number fields (I hate the break it into 3 parts format. Parents fill it out with all the numbers in one field all the time, so I have to fix it, and you can't just copy and paste a phone number in. Plus the number-only fields as an alternative don't allow the characters like parentheses around the first number, so once again a hassle)
-Auto-generated links for email fields, like for incomplete forms,  don't actually save the form correctly. Not sure if it's because it doesn't require a login or if it's because it isn't in the right project or what, but it caused me a ton of issues last year with parents complaining that they filled out the same form a dozen times and it didn't save before I figured out what was happening.
-For some reason, filter blocks often glitch, so you need to refresh or completely clear out your cache to make them work or to edit them. Happens pretty frequently on various devices
-There still isn't a good way to set up conditional formatting or dual account login for divorced families. This causes me more headaches than the other small inconveniences, as getting divorced parents on the same page with the same password and only one email to log in and complete forms or payments is the worst. I get a lot of backlash from it. Creating a secondary login for divorced families would be incredible, or at minimum, creating a way to trigger automated emails to send emails to two separate emails for some accounts while only the primary for others would be amazing.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Form streamlining: We moved from paper forms to fillable forms on our website, but those only could go to email, and the data had to be manually inputted. Having a place where parents fill out the forms and then reports can be generated based on that information is a huge time saver.
-Automated emails: Not having to send out emails for payments, paperwork submission, re-enrollment, reference receivals, etc is super helpful. 
-Reports: Creating a report correctly was SUCH a pain with our old provider. Regpack streamlined and optimized this process
-Tracking Participants and enrollees-this also used to be much more difficult without Regpack

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

Regpack is very intuitive and easy to figure out. I especially utilize the forms, triggers, and tokens features. It has been very helpful in my new role while managing the application review process for our programs.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

There are occasionally glitches with the software. For example, sometimes when I change the status of a user, certain forms that have previously been added disappear. They are easy enough to add back, but I'm not sure why this happens.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regpack makes it easy to perform one task one time, and it applies to all system users (in our case, program applicants). This makes our application process much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

Adaptable to make a form in other languages than English. We chose Regpack because we can make our form in two languages.
Easy to build your own online form and filter for those who are not familiar with databases.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I am using Regpack in a non-USA country. Due to many reasons, we do not accept credit cards when customers pay us. I wish Regpack can tailor some way to adapt to bank transfer payments. 
For example, if we can import data into Regpack, it will facilitate our work not only for payment checking but in many other ways.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching and filtering have improved in the past two years.
When building a project (online form) and encountering questions, I can always write to the Regpack support and they get back to me with answers in text or video which is very helpful. The Regpack system is improving every year.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

The ease of creating a new program for the next years programs. The ability to customize forms and have secure log in portals for our customers and being able to manage everything within one system - payment, documents, billing, etc.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

Support is via email only and can take a while - if you need a response immediately, it will be a few hours at a minimum. They do get back to you and are helpful, it's just not a fast process.

They are solving the problem of having two different stages of registration and allowing forms and documents to be released after the initial registration is complete.

Any time I need help with something, they are able to provide an answer. When they don't have what I need, they hear me and have even added a capability that helped with what we needed.

I think aesthetically they could make it a little easier for the user and the admin, it's not always easy to figure out without help. I also wish there was a way to enter information once and always have it on file for a family.

They are helping us register our students and collect their medical information for camps/retreats/etc. They are also giving us report access for these items, which is helpful.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

RegPack makes payments and registrations much more seamless for our families. It's much easier to do payments over time compared to our previous platform. Running reports is also easier to do too.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I wish that more super admin roles were included with the price instead of just one. At least 2 or 3 more should be included. I dislike that sending out communications isn't easy to figure out too.

RegPack is helping a lot with recruiting and retaining students and campers to our programs. We also are having an easier time taking in payments and completing registrations and running those reports.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

From a developer perspective, RegPack integrates very easily with existing platforms and is a fast way to bootstrap a  registration and payments solution. A dashboard is a handy tool for keeping up with your real-time data.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

RegPack can be more expensive, but it offers many features to validate its price point.  As a developer, I would have preferred to use an API, though I believe RegPack is either working on one or has recently released theirs.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most used feature of RegPack that we used at Dibs was the payment integration they offered. We had a hard time finding a platform that would allow us to easily integrate and accept donations to our users, which is exactly what RegPack offered.

  ### 10. Ok for Course or One-Time Event Registration, Not So Much for Ongoing Account Management

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

Regpack is a very robust system and would be great for one-time event/course registration.  We set up a project to manage lunch orders for a craft fair event, and we are also working on a project for a sponsor dinner.  These are 1-time events.  I've worked closely with their help desk and have found them to be extremely helpful, patient, professional and detailed in their responses.  When you send them an email with an issue, they usually get back to you within 24 hours, and often much quicker than that.  The interface looks very pleasant on the front and back ends of the system.  Most of our users like the front-end usability of Regpack, although some have experienced issues with their accounts and payments.  On the surface it looks like an affordable plan, especially if you have one dedicated person whose job it is to manage everything or you have a lot of events/courses to manage where you can afford to have more than 1 administrator.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I believe we may not have chosen the best platform for our needs.  We are a high school band program and wanted to use Regpack to register our students/families.  We needed the ability for families to register online and also a way that we could collect monthly payments automatically (Auto-billing).  We initially set up the system/project for marching band registration and payment.  There were several issues with user emails not being recognized when parents tried to log back in.  Regpack's help desk was very responsive in providing solutions to these issues.  We also ran into user payment issues where the user selected one type of payment plan, yet they were charged an incorrect amount.  Those issues were also resolved as they came up.   

We ran into problems when we got ready to set up registration for our winter programs.  This is where it got complicated for us.  We needed to add several winter programs, but we wanted to keep them under the same project (marching band).  Instead of adding the winter programs to the marching band project, Regpack wanted us to copy the marching band project into a new project, call it Winter programs, then make the necessary edits for our winter products.  The problem is that even though the user data (logins, passwords) would transfer over, the account balances would not.  We allow our users to build up a credit balance in their account that can be used to pay for future products and registrations. It functions a lot like a bank account.  During our sales call, we were led to believe this would not be an issue, which isn't true.  If we had copied the marching band project into a new project for winter programs, we would have to manage the same users with potentially multiple balances across projects.  That means if someone owed money or had a credit balance in marching band and owed money in winter programs, we would have to manage those as separate accounts, even though it's for the same person.  We have almost 250 kids registered across all of our programs, many of them duplicates.  From an accounting/financial standpoint, it's too difficult, and we risk making mistakes if we manage the same people across multiple projects.  As mentioned earlier, we probably should have chosen a system designed specifically for performing arts and other similar programs rather than one to manage event registrations.  The help desk did a fantastic job working with me on all the issues I encountered when adding our winter programs and new payment options to the current marching band project.   I cannot say enough nice things about them!

Regpack would be a great platform if you are looking for a system to manage course or event registration where users create an account, pay for their product (course, event, merchandise), and that's it.  From what I understand, you can't keep one user account and have it pull data from multiple projects, which is actually what we need.   

I did not find the system very intuitive or easy to use.  There are a lot of tutorials and help documents that can walk you through most of your issues, but trying to figure out how to search for your issue can be tricky, especially if you don't know what search terms to use.  As a new user, trying to find answers to what seemed like simple questions was frustrating.  In our sales call, we were led to believe you can set up a project in a matter of minutes, but that's not the case.  It isn't easy, and we weren't trained on how to use the system.  When we set up our marching band project, we sent all of our requirements and info to Regpack and someone set it up for us.  We had to go back and forth until we hammered out everything so it would work correctly when we launched it, but I didn't learn how to create a project that way.  We had a conference call with someone in the beginning for training purposes.  I sent in a bunch of questions and a list of things we needed to know how to do.  The person I talked to was thorough and did a great job, but we went through everything so quickly that I had difficulty taking notes.  They did send an audio recording of the conversation, but it wasn't very helpful.  When you're new at something, you don't know what you don't know until something doesn't work right.  It would have been nice if we could have spent some time with a consultant working on the design together where the Regpack person could mirror my computer and walk me through how to set things up.  Most people learn by doing.  However, I will say our project was probably more complicated than Regpack normally deals with.  You can use templates to set up a project, but you still have to know how to edit forms, etc., so it works the way you want.  Even with the project templates, I did not find Regpack to be intuitive.  

Another thing that really bothered me about Regpack is its customer service model.  Don't confuse that with overall customer service, though.  Their staff is wonderful and very helpful and patient!  In their model, email is the primary way to communicate with their help desk.  There is no help desk number to call if you have a question.  You get 3 free "calls," which you have to schedule via their online calendar.  If you need more than 3 calls, you have to pay extra for it.  So instead of taking care of something quickly, you end up spending a lot of time trying to describe your issues in as much detail as possible in an email, then you have to wait for a response.  Even though they respond quickly, it would be much easier to pick up the phone and talk to someone.  Quicker for you and probably them too! Also, only the "super administrator" can communicate with the help desk.  You can pay extra to have more than 1 super admin.  You also have to pay extra if you want more than 1 person to have access to the financial info.  Regpack isn't the only company that handles customer service this way.  I believe a lot of service providers are going in this direction. It's another way to generate revenue.

They are detailed in their responses when you have a question.  They also respond quickly and have a team of help desk professionals who work hard to help you solve any issues.

This is why we charge per license, or user, to ensure that data is seen only by members of your team that are authorized to do so. I like having all info in one place.  I liked that I could run specific reports for things I needed.  I liked being able to email blast users each day.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

It was clunky to use and things weren't often intuitively where I thought they would be.  Sometimes seeing the users and finding their forms and contact info was tricky and I don't learn well from tutorial videos.  I need to spend more time playing around with features for sure, but the layout wasn't as easy to follow as I would've hoped.  i would love to be able to click on the camper list and see it full screen more like how the reports look and then see progress on applications for all users more clearly.

I like how easy the user page is to navigate, as well as the products page, where I can adjust quotas as needed for waiting lists. It helps to see the weekly breakdown big time!

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

The lack of customer service over the phone is very frustrating. Some issues are best served over the phone as opposed to by e-mail, especially when they are time-sensitive.

Regpack makes the registration process much easier, as opposed to doing everything manually. The userface is very user-friendly, and it's easy to train my office staff how to use it.

I think that they could use more transferrable data across many different projects, but I don't really see that as a downside, just an area where they can improve.

They are our registration system that we use for our events as well as for any payment processing that we have to do for our office. They are easy to use and exactly what we need.

I like the customization, the ability to duplicate projects, and the ability to have multiple very different projects.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

There are quite a few glitches/features that don't seem to work. It is so customizable that there is not a lot of information online for how to solve problem. Therefore, calls with RegPack support staff are often necessary. This is more of a logistics issue than anything - the calls are very helpful.

Complicated and very specific registration qualifications.

The ease of use for a head unit to register multiple people with one checkout, payment plans, automatic billing, and ease of reports. Once you learn the software the transition is easier than expected

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

Only one user can see all of the billing information, they can see registrants. If you are not the main user, it takes much longer to drill down and view payments.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidated multiple registration systems to one, and the ease of use is better. The ability to embed the registration forms on our website has helped parents find things easier and reduced the number of emails asking for links again!

Regarding the user seeing billing information, any paid admin can view payment information in your projects. We also have management tools that allow you to give specific and restricted access to members of your team to ensure those who should see information can, and those who shouldn't, cant. 

Always great to hear that you are able to use one tool instead of many to accomplish your business processes. This saves time, and money, and streamlines workflows!

RegPack is very customizable. It's easy to make quick edits as needed, even after an event is open for registrations. The record-keeping is great and we haven't had any discrepancies in our books since starting with RegPack.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

There isn't an easy way to print a receipt, which we still have people asking for. Some are okay with the emailed version, but a lot of our customers still want a separate PDF version of a receipt.

It would be nice to have a phone number to call when I have a quick question, but so far the online ticket submissions have been answered in a very timely manner.

The ability to send automated emails is one of my favorite features. Regpack makes it very easy to send customized and individualized emails to a group. You can also set up triggers for automatic communications. This has saved me so much time! And this is just one of the great features. We've looked into other systems, and we can't find another platform that would allow us to do so much at such a reasonable price point.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

The forms in the upgraded version are a bit more "glitchy" than before. They treat each question as a movable module, which makes the page jump around in scrolling when making edits. A minor issue considering all of the things Regpack does well.

**Recommendations to others considering Regpack:**

Regpack has served us very well in the 4+ years we've used this platform. I wouldn't recommend it for high pressure/fast turnaround, as their customer service is only available via email, so if you run into a time-sensitive glitch, that can be an issue.

Generating different applications for our various applicants has been a huge benefit. It's nice to not have to manage multiple Google forms. The data collection is also very helpful and provides us with great insights.

Easy-ish to copy and paste a registration form to create a new one

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I'm updating my review as I've spent much more time with the product. The more time I spend digging in, the more challenging, limiting, and frustrating I find it. 

- Told that adding custom CSS to the online forms is difficult and often incompatible with the forms. No real options to customize the forms (you can do very limited customization with rich-text editors, but that's it)
- User interface is not intuitive (no back button on forms, for example). We have more work now, it seems, than before with how many parents we have emailing us about how to log in (password recovery not working for some people), how to change their registration details, etc.
- Login issues 
   - Stay logged in check box does not work (on multiple browsers, even after clearing the chache, etc.)
   - Gmail sign in button does not work on the user interface
- No option to add donation to registration page (there's a very clunky work around we managed)
- No mailchimp integration
- Should easily be able to white-label RegPack branding on the registration page, but can't
- Glitches: when entering options for radio buttons in the backend, we repeatedly have to enter the same information multiple times. Some of the content will save while other parts do not. Very frustrating, very much a time suck to get it right
   - Radio buttons inexplicably have different font sizes. The font size drop down button does not work.

Overall, this just feels very much like a nearly finished rough draft of a product. It'll likely do most of what you need, but it is far from what we want. For many parents, this is their first interface with our organization and when the come away confused and/or frustrated it reflects on our organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Regpack:**

The cheaper price tag is not worth it. Look elsewhere (we are actively looking for something to replace RegPacks when our contract ends)

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really not that our old system couldn't handle other than having payments integrated into the software. We used JotForm form, which had fully customizable forms, and was great. We only switched to integrate a more flexible payment system, but have not saved any time/money by switching over.

Thanks for the additional feedback you provided. I wanted to respond to a few things for clarification. 

1. For custom CSS, we do offer custom development and White label solutions for forms. This is something you can speak with our development team about. 

2. For the UI in terms of navigation, it's very easy to navigate to different forms in the system by clicking the progress bar at the top and navigating to the form of the user's choice, regardless of where they are in the flow. Additionally, all users end and can log back in to a dashboard page, which allows for easy navigation to all forms. 

3. The login issues you are describing have all been resolved, and were addressed when reported. If you continue to see any issues, please reach out to support@regpacks.com

4. Regarding the stay logged in check box and browsers, this does work. Often times additional browser and network settings on individual computers, including installed plug-ins can affect this. Security is our #1 priority, so we want to ensure that all checks and balances are in place to ensure only verified individuals are logging in to your organization's projects to view and access client data and payment information. 

5. There is an option to add a donation to any registration project. We offer a very flexible and customizable recurring billing product type exactly for this purpose. In addition, we have donation templates that can be used on your website for year round fundraising. 

6. While we don't have a direct integration with Mailchimp we do have an Open API which allows you to connect to any other tech tool you are using. If you'd like more information about this, please let us know! 

7. You can easily white label Regpack - we offer this service. 

8. Radio button glitches - have you submitted what you are seeing to our Support team? I looked in to this for you and we do not have an open case with our development team for this issue, nor do I see the problem in the back end. Please send over a video or screenshots to our Support team and we are happy to investigate! 

I'm sorry to hear that parents are frustrated - we do offer 1:1 Q&A sessions and it sounds like we could really help here going through the Front End of your project, making any tweaks needed to improve the flow, and help educate you on how best to support parents if questions arise.

RegPack does a good job of getting detailed information & sorting it in a helpful way. Our students (parents) can register, add classes, and make payments simply (if they follow the process).

I would love to be able to take attendance AND be able to make helpful reports with attendance data. Other general reports work, but can be quite tricky to get all the information needed.

Support is only available by email, and they can often take days to respond. This is not acceptable when a bug in their system is preventing all of your administrators from logging in and accessing the system. Bugs that prevent administrators from logging in have become frequent over the past few months (about every other week). When we contact support, they can't offer any insight and say it won't happen again, but it continues to occur. There is no escalation or connecting us with an account manager when we express our growing concerns and frustrations.

The system is not very intuitive for people who are not tech-savvy. We have to spend a lot of time supporting users in navigating the system.

We wish there was a feature to schedule emails to send on a specific date.

Regarding our support response times, our average response is 2 hours for emails received. Generally if there is an issue with a functionality, once reported, there is a process of testing, QA, the development fix, and then further testing to ensure it will work correctly and not cause further issues. This can sometimes take a few hours or days, and it's our goal to communicate the timeline and updates to clients as we get them. 

We do our best in terms of the intuitiveness of the platform to help make managing your business easy. The logic behind the structure of the system is stellar, but the flexibility to adapt it to our very niche registration requirements is by far my favorite feature. Though it takes some workarounds and getting very well acquainted with the system, I believe there is little this system cannot do.

I would have loved if we could have had an API integration of our existing payment processor. The use of Regpack's processor is great but the setup was longer than expected.

Do your homework - I went through 10-12 alternative options before finding Regpacks. Before leaving one of them, the director of Business development called me to ask me if I found a tool that actually did meet my requirements.

Regpack's software is very versatile, but the company's inability to keep the registration system functioning correctly coupled with their policy of email only communication makes this an extremely aggravating company to be a customer of. We signed on with Regpack in May, 2020. In the time we have been with Regpack, the campaigns we've developed and run for 4 of these 7 months have resulted in lost time, money and customers due to Regpack payment system and integration failures. For example, currently, 7 prospective registrants for our November classes have wanted to register and pay via e-check (ACH), however Regpack system failures have caused them to attempt and fail with errors and erroneous charges to their bill now 3 times . I submitted an urgent ticket to Regpack development 5 days ago, and had to follow up multiple times to get updates over the past days. Yesterday Regpack support emailed to report that the had fixed the problem, so we walked the registrant through and again they received an error. When I reported this, Regpack advised me to call the customer a THIRD time to get screenshots and time/date login data and report back, but I don't feel comfortable going back to my customer yet again, and turning them into a Guinea pig for a registration system that is not functioning. This issue is the current one in a string of system failures that have cost us time and lost revenue over the past half year, and we are leaving Regpack at the end of this month.

We use Regpack to run registration and payment management for ongoing professional education courses.

The UX for the admin is very unintuitive, bulky, and glitchy. Triggers often do not react. Regpack does not work on every browser, which limits users. It is very difficult to navigate data from within the Admin site.

Lots of functionality that will support very complex registration needs. We use discount codes, and dynamic form building and it works really well.

We have had lots of customers complain about the usability of the application on mobile devices and in some browsers. Sometimes the fields are hard to navigate to / use.

Also, dislike how if you register multiple individuals for a camp in payment/checkout screen it processes 3 different charges to the users card instead of one for the full amount. Gets crazy when you have families of 10 registering because the CC gets hit 10 different times per person.

I would recommend listening to your customers. We have real-life scenarios of the software in use. I have had many discussions with a lot of people in this org and it's hard to get movements on issues so important such as UI on mobile devices. Mobile-first development/mindset is the term that people use in the technology world and payment improvements.

We use regpack for camp registrations. We have a very complex use flow and they are able to handle what we throw at them in this regard.

The search engine is straightforward to use. It is nice to look up different categories in a camper's registration and edit things as needed. It is also great to be able to generate reports and convert them into an excel document.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

It would be great if the money placed in a camper's store/craft money cart could automatically deduct funds from their account every time they spend money at the store. Meaning, when we enter dollars spent in the comment section, the system deducts that amount from their original total and tells us how much money they have left.
I also have sometimes run into the problem of the project screen popping up multiple times when I don't need it there.

We have been using Regpack to collect a lot of data for camper numbers etc. It is nice to be able to have the system break it down into different categories. I can navigate and find things quickly when talking to a customer on the phone.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

The "products" page in the system allows you to easily track enrollment by camp, as well as the number of campers on your waitlist. The ease in managing our waitlists has improved so much in the last year based on system changes. RegPack accepts online payments and can auto-bill parents for a second payment if needed. The system sends automated emails based on conditions that I set which is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I don't particularly appreciate having to email their Support Team for every question about the system because some technical items need to be discussed by phone....just too much back and forth and too many details for an email.   However, online Help is available for reference in the system, and the Support Team typically answers inquiries promptly.  Some questions/issues have to be sent to the "development team" for review which can take a long time.

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegPack allows you to quickly determine precisely when a camper registered and the payment method selected by the parent (either manual check or online).  We can also easily follow up with anyone who still needs to pay.  RegPack allows for the production of reports and data that are necessary to administer our camps.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

Regpack allows volunteers to apply online; clients in need of financial assistance can apply and upload their documents online, making the reimbursement process more efficient and easy to track.  Clients can check on the status of their payments as well as receive text messages in real-time, eliminating the need for waiting to get a call back from a case manager.  Registering and paying for events is easy to do, and once a profile is set up, it is easy to repeat for subsequent events.  It is also easy to host online webinars and trainings.  The customer service is outstanding. 
 Regpack has been a lifesaver during COVID.  I highly recommend it to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I have no complaints.  The ala carte payment option is also a nice touch.

**Recommendations to others considering Regpack:**

If you host virtual trainings, fundraisers and would benefit from offering online applications, this is definitely a plus.

Applications are easy to track, event sign-ups and payments are simple, financial assistance and payment processing occurs more efficiently.

I am able to use repack to collect monthly payments and add discounts.  This is the highest priority for my type of registration software.

The customer service is very quick when you need support beyond the robust help videos they provide. They also have an auto-generated payment plan in the system, making things a lot easier than sending invoices and collecting multiple payments on your own. It also integrates nicely.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I did not like the need to contact support through email. Sometimes it is just more efficient to get on the phone. Also, the backend can be a bit complicated to set up, and unless you are using it for multiple events annually, the fees high.

There is less data collection manually.

There was nothing that I liked about using Regpacks and I don't plan on using it for our Summer Camp next year

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

Everything. It was a horrible experience. It was not user friendly. Customer Support was not helpful. We used it for one year of summer camp and could not even easily generate reports for rosters for each week of camp.

I am not solving any problems, only creating more. I am currently in the midst of summer camp and I have restrictions on my account and cannot login to see products, only users.

With regards to reporting, it is very easy to generate a roster report within Regpack, as it's a default report template in most systems. It can be edited to include any detail you gather during onboarding and can be merged with payment and sales reports. 

Regarding user friendly challenges - when you work with your Project Manager to set up your initial build, we create an onboarding flow that should prioritize ease of registration for your clients balanced with ease of management in the back end for you to get the data and analytics you need. We are always available to you to help work through any conceptual issues on the front or back end, provide 1:1 training, and point you in the right direction of our hundreds of help articles and tutorial videos. 

Regarding the restriction on your account, you are correct that we did have a temporary glitch in the system, which was resolved. If you are having issues with access, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

I run a conference for my company each year that provides classes to certain health care professionals for CEU credits and 2016's event was the first time we used the Regpack software. Part of our responsibility is to provide an individual certificate to each attendee for each and every class they attend - it adds up to an awful lot over the course of the two day event. the Regpack software makes it super easy to create certificate templates that are customizable with plugins and can be sent out to attendees with a single click. This was a vast improvement to how we distributed the certificates in 2015 and it was a huge hit with the attendees. I also love how the Regpack software is dynamic and the monthly price can cater to both large and small events; our event is on the smaller side and paying per number of registered attendees is fair and helps to keep us on or under budget.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I haven't yet run into anything I've disliked about the software. Anytime I've come close to running into a potential problem, Regpack's customer service (which has always been well above standard) is quick to guide me in the right direction with a perfect solution.

A simple and streamlined registration process for our yearly conference that is user friendly and highly controllable by administrators.

**What do you like best about Regpack?**

I like that RegPack allows me to create a streamline logic-based registration process for our customers. We offer multiple camp options with different pricing structures that are based on the participant's age, preferences, and membership status. The RegPack system allows us to funnel everyone through one portal and guide them to the camp option that best suits their needs.

**What do you dislike about Regpack?**

I wish the sales reporting feature was a little more robust, allowing me to generate the total cost of selected products, broken up by family unit, for any families that have the selected products in their cart. It would also be nice if the waitlist feature would automatically add users to "confirmed" status when other users cancel and a spot opens up. Lastly, we are facing some issues with products randomly being "locked in cart" (unable to be removed by user) when they shouldn't be locked. 

**What problems is Regpack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have experienced increased efficiency since utilizing RegPack and were able to move away from paper registration forms. It's also easier to keep track of attendance each day and print rosters.
