What do you like best about Regal?

Regal has a lot of features which makes automated communication super easy and compliant. We use regal all the time and it was super easy to integrate to our work flow. It's really simple and easy to use and the support provided by their customer service is also great. it was really easy to integrate to our team's work flow and easy to implement too. What problems is Regal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Regal heels us to automate customer communications in a super reliable and compliant way. It allows the automation to run in the background effortlessly and the moment the customer HAS to speak to a person, it's handed over very smoothly to the available agent.
