What do you like best about Refully?

• The packing slip generation feature is a standout.

• I appreciate that they credit back when Amazon reverses reimbursements.

What do you dislike about Refully?

While Refully’s 18% commission is on the lower end in the industry, I still feel it’s a bit high, especially considering the large amounts we get reimbursed from Amazon. However, when I think about the resources we’d need to do this ourselves, the ROI from using Refully does make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Refully:

I’ve tried other reimbursement software and services, but Refully fits our needs best. We’ve saved a ton of money with their lower commission fees, and they consistently identify additional issues that we can get reimbursed for. You’d be surprised how often Amazon makes mistakes. What problems is Refully solving and how is that benefiting you?

Refully has been a game-changer for us, saving significant time and resources. We sell on multiple Amazon marketplaces globally (North America, Europe, Asia, etc.), and manually analyzing and claiming reimbursements used to be manageable. However, as our business grew, the sheer volume of data and claims became overwhelming. Refully takes care of everything from A to Z. All we need to do is provide proof of purchase when required, which is minimal work on our end. They even generate packing slips for us, which has been a huge help.
