What do you like best about Reflect CRM?

NCH CRM is offline, and one can check on various activities locally on their computer without having to be connected to the internet. The setup size is also not large at all and does not take up much space on the hard-disk

One is also able to generate custom reports with the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reflect CRM?
