What do you like best about Referrizer?

I like the ability to easily reach current and previous customers and provide them with incentives to revisit my business and/or to attend certain special events, etc. I also love the fact that I was able to very quickly accumulate so many positive reviews. Efficient and helpful customer support as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Referrizer?

The downsides would be the initial ease of use and set up.It does take some time and for a busy small business owner it can seem overwhelming. I will say that the time invested has been a positive investment. Customer feedback (from regular customers) has indicated that some people see the text messages as an intrusion, however the increase in business makes this complaint negligible and, of course, folks can always opt of of the texts and emails! What problems is Referrizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping to bring more attention to our marketing promotions , which results in more people calling and coming through our doors. It's also increased our google reviews by about 500% (!!!) which causes us to come up higher in search and we've been able to decrease our google ads budget! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
