What I liked best was seeing how a modern referral platform is put together. It gave me a better understanding of how businesses can automate what would otherwise be a fairly manual process.

I also liked that it provides a structured framework for running a referral programme, rather than having to manage referrals in a more time consuming way through emails and spreadsheets.

Being able to see the entire referral journey from the customer's perspective, from invitation through to reward, was useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up the Online Pop-Up was a headache. The process was poorly described on the platform. Now I have worked it out, I could do it in minutes.
