"Referenced.ai A brilliant new tool for understanding AI visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Referenced?

As a social media manager, I absolutely love Referenced.ai. It gives me insights I simply didn't have access to before, from the questions people are asking ChatGPT about my clients industries to content gaps, competitor mentions and blog ideas I wouldn't necessarily have thought of myself.

But what I love most is that it answers a question my clients have been asking for a while, and one I never really had an answer to: When someone asks AI for a recommendation, does my business actually come up?

Referenced.ai shows you exactly that. Whether your business is being recommended, how it's being described, which competitors are appearing instead and, importantly, what you can do to improve your visibility. It's become a really useful tool in my client work. I can take a report into a meeting, show clients where they currently stand and, rather than just presenting a score, walk away with a practical list of things we can work on.

For me, it's opened up a whole new conversation around online visibility. People aren't just using Google to find businesses anymore, and Referenced.ai helps me show clients where they're being discovered, where they're missing out and how we can start improving that. I genuinely love having this as another tool in my toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Referenced?

I'm still getting to know all the features, so I don't have any major dislikes at this stage. It's still a developing product, so things are changing and evolving, but I can already see improvements happening week by week. It's encouraging to see how actively the platform is being developed.
