What do you like best about REDX?

One feature of Red X I really appreciate is the cross-checking between different lead sources when properties go on contract, get sold, or receive new listings. I also use it to monitor my own database by checking for any activity on properties I might not be aware of, helping me stay updated. This is one feature I particularly value. What do you dislike about REDX?

Like many others, I wish it were a bit cheaper, but overall, it seems reasonable if used correctly. One aspect I dislike is the note-taking section; I find myself scrolling excessively to find specific information, such as a direct call. I also wish it included references to the specific numbers I called previously, so I can easily verify both the number and the call details. Additionally, I would prefer the notes to be more AI-like, making them smarter and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having all the data from various lead sources and cross-checking it is essential. I especially appreciate the call record feature, which I sometimes use to listen to calls for more details, helping me prepare better. When used efficiently, it saves a lot of time and is very effective. If I had to manually search for all the numbers I call, I probably would contact less than 0.1% of the contacts. Without this system, I'm not even sure I would pursue expired listings, for sale by owner properties, or other leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
