What do you like best about RedNevada.AI?

RedNevada provided us with a market leading and inovative set of AI capabilities across the recruitment process including :

- Job advert creation

- CV analysis

- Interview questions

- Interview answer analysis

- CV scoring

All were easy to use, cut cost from every recruitment process we went through and enabled a much better, more accurate candidate match Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedNevada.AI?

None. There are some roadmpa features coming that I would like now but given the product is leading the market the leap forward in capability is already significant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RedNevada.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The recruitment process we have (and the industry has) is time consuming, high cost in terms of people time and does not always end with the best match from the sample of candidates. With RedNevada we have saved significant cost of recruitment (~60%) and a muhc higher accuracy of candidate match to the role (35% better match rate). Additionally the job advert attracts a better, more accurate set of candidates from the outset. All of this means lower cost and better hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
