**What do you like best about RedEye?**

I use RedEye primarily as a central repository for all our engineering drawings and technical documents. The biggest headache RedEye solved for us is version confusion, as we used to have multiple copies of the same engineering drawing floating around in emails and local folders. I like the search ability and mobile accessibility. Being able to find a specific drawing among thousands just in one click is so easy. The search ability is a lifesaver because it uses intelligent tagging, even if I don't remember the exact file name. The mobile accessibility is a game changer for my site visits. Instead of carrying heavy physical blueprints or having to wait until I get back to the office, I can pull up any engineering drawing on my tablet right where the work is happening. The initial setup of RedEye was super easy, and it's really good for my needs.

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

The user interface feels a bit dated and can be a bit chunky at times. Also, the initial learning curve for new team members is somewhat steep.

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedEye solved version confusion, eliminating working on wrong document versions. Its search ability with intelligent tagging is a lifesaver, and mobile accessibility is a game changer for site visits, allowing me to access engineering drawings on my tablet instantly.

I like how RedEye is like having a super smart assistant that helps me understand my customers better and send them the right messages at the right time. I enjoy the multi-channel campaigns that make my job easier. Setting it up was very easy and helpful. It's convenient for me and I find it to work well.

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

I like RedEye for its integration capabilities and how it supports good reporting and insights. It really stands out in data-driven personalization and has strong multichannel campaign automation.

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

I've just two points: the reporting features could be improved as a few reviewers feel that they are somewhat basic, so AI could add more features. Also, for a midsize company, it's a bit costly.

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RedEye for marketing automation to enhance personalized customer journeys, manage customer data, and provide analytics. It solves multichannel campaign problems, aids in automations, consolidates customer data, and offers good reporting and insights with its integration capabilities.

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

I’ve been using RedEye for two months and I like how easy it is to use. It helps me run campaigns smoothly, automate some tasks, and see clear reports on how customers are engaging. It also fits well into my daily work and is reasonably priced.

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

The reports feel a bit basic, and I wish there were more options to see deeper details. Some features take time to learn, so better guidance at the start would help.

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedEye makes it easier to run and manage marketing campaigns in one place. It saves me time with automation, shows me clear reports on how people are engaging, and helps me reach my audience more effectively.

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

We can easily configure SMS, Emails, Push notifications, and Direct emails and send the required data to the required group. An Option for more optimization.
We can easily include Google and Facebook targeting. 

We can Analyse the reports of Push notifications and campaign details.
We can easily integrate with new options and can also implement on basic HW

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

Limite Features depend on the Access level.
Delay in customer support.
Cost-inclusive for more features

We use to check complaints like, user unable to receive promo code to emails or provided campaign ID was not working.
It helps businesses manage customer engagement across email, SMS, web, app push, and social media, with tools for personalization, automation, and optimization. This benefits users by improving targeting, increasing efficiency, and driving better customer retention and conversion through data-driven insights and advanced analytics

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

RedEye offered a consultative service from the start, I state service and not sale because I was never pressured into purchashing the product, they made no assumptions they were better than my existing platform. The delivery is very good, after 5 months I am having no major problems delivering to all domains. The customer support has been very good and every onboarding call was attended by 3 experts who could really tailor the system to my use. 

I didnt have to do anything for the implementation which made this easy, it was not the quickest process, so if you are looking for a plug and play please be aware of this.

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

I am used to a system where I control everything where as this appears to be quite rigid. I am by no means an expert user on this so I may have missed points, but because I send bulk mail to my database I like to throttle the sending speed manually which I can't do and also segmenting domains can be a bit laborious. I would also like a function where I can set how many emails are being sent that day rather than create new email splits each time. 

There might be a way of seeing this that I do not know, but I can not see how the live send is performing in terms of delivery or performance which would be useful to know because I could pause the send or alter the message depending on the engagement

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Red Eye on a very basic level, purely for scheduling email markeging campaigns to communicate and rengage with our customers. We don't use a lot of the fuctions available because they are not neccessary for the nature of our business. We have used a number of other email sending platforms, some a lot cheaper, similar price and one that is double the price, the delivery has to all domains has been better than any. The open rates are comparable with 2 other platforms I have used

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

The team at redeye are very helpful and quick to respond. The implementation team really take the time to get to know your business and what the requirements are, from here they create a implementation plan for you. Once set up i have found the system easy to use and the functionality is intuitive. The integration of data was easy and this is automatic. The system within our business is used every day and is key to generating sales. We have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is quick to respond to any queries, knowledgeable and regularly checks in.

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

The system has and is so helpful to us however one area for me is the need to create a text version and HTML version it would be much easier if this was automatic

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have much better reporting, A/B testing and more accurate information on our customers

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

Redeye is fairly simple to use once you get used to its wide range of options and tools available and can handle a large load of data, which is perfect for many businesses like JD, as they're massive companies with a large number of customers whose data needs to be looked at to improve the company, along with many employees specialised in different fields. This is where many of the different tools available in redeye can be used by different people for different uses, especially things like automation for marketing

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

Redeye may be a little bit overwhelming when first starting, as it takes some getting used to, but gets fairly easy once you have some guidance from other people. Redeye could maybe make it a little more user friendly by including a short starter intro with some tutorials and some easily accessible tutorials for certain tools/tasks as some things are not explained well or in proper detail.

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redeye is especially helpful when sending out large amounts of emails to large groups of people, split up by custom segments and using the customer data provided by redeye to better target customers and provide them with a more tailored email experience.

**What do you like best about RedEye?**

The Ease of the platform. The fast way to set up and proof without making a mistake. The tracking. The customer Support and the use of segment targetting.

**What do you dislike about RedEye?**

Nothing. it meets all my demands and more.

**What problems is RedEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redeye allows me to target many different sets of segments, prioritise those first and lets me focus these segments and deliver my messaging instantly. Whilst giving me feedback along the way and allowing me to switch out or intercept messages i dont want to send. making sure I am not bombarding my customers also.
