I really appreciate the overall service that Red5 Pro's team provides. They're always there to help us with configuration and setup, including the infrastructure, and operational support when we face real-time challenges where responsive service is key. I also find the streaming capability with the web RTMP feed remarkable as it delivers a latency of under 300 milliseconds, which is crucial for our live auction experiences. Their service has been consistent over the years, supporting our migration from AWS to Azure with strong technical knowledge, user groups, and forums. Honestly, I can't fault them.
