What do you like best about Red Hat Smart Management?

Red Hat Smart Management is really a very robust package of tools which greatly assist in managing RHEL environments. The most notable featurs incluses patch management, and complete lifecycle management of resources. It is definitely a valuable asset for any modern IT organization. What do you dislike about Red Hat Smart Management?

One of the problems that I didn't like is that Red Hat Smart Management is tightly integrated with Red Hat products which potentially leads to Vendor Lock-in and it is pricey for small to medium scaled companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Red Hat Smart Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially faced a lot of key challenges in our initial stages ranging from Patch Management. Configuration changes and System lifecycle management of our infrastructure resources. Having a tool such as RHSM definitely eases the task and makes it delightful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
