What do you like best about Red-Engage?

Red Engage came in and, rather than leaning on generic marketing language, they understood that for a firm like ours, credibility and accuracy matter more than flashy content. They tightened up how we were represented across the web, corrected our schema, and rewrote several of our service pages so they read as clear, trustworthy answers instead of sales pitches. Within a few weeks, we started noticing our firm being mentioned in AI responses to tax- and bookkeeping-related questions, which we hadn’t seen before. What I appreciated most is that they didn’t sacrifice our tone in the process; we still sound like an accounting firm, not a tech startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

What problems is Red-Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Red Engage came in and fixed a bunch of inconsistent business listings we didn’t even realize were wrong, rebuilt some key pages so AI tools could actually reference them properly, and helped us show up accurately when people ask accounting-related questions through these tools. What really surprised me is that we’ve started getting inquiries from people who flat-out say, “a chatbot recommended you,” which isn’t a lead source we’d ever had before.
