"RecView Keeps Me Present, Organised and Detailed (and meaninfully reduces recruiter overwhelm)"

What do you like best about RecView.ai?

As someone who is terrible at taking detailed notes what I like best about RecView is that it allows me to be fully present in candidate and client conversations without worrying about taking detailed notes at the same time. The recordings, transcripts and structured summaries capture the important detail accurately and give me something reliable to refer back to when writing candidate reports, extracting key information from job briefs or managing complex senior assignments.

I also really value the booking-link feature. It makes scheduling much easier, helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, and ensures meetings are connected to the right workflow from the outset.

It saves me a significant amount of time, improves the quality and consistency of my notes, and helps ensure that important information is not lost or left to memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RecView.ai?

There has been the occasional issue with recordings or transcripts not appearing where expected.

That said, these issues have been relatively limited, and the support from John and the team has been exceptional whenever they have occurred. They have been responsive, investigated problems quickly, recovered missing information where possible and used the feedback to improve the platform. Any issue I have had has been completely resolved and therefore I would therefore describe this more as an area for continued refinement than a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RecView.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

RecView solves one of the biggest challenges in recruitment: trying to lead a meaningful conversation while simultaneously taking detailed and accurate notes. It allows me to focus properly on the candidate or client, build rapport and ask better follow-up questions, knowing I will have a reliable recording, transcript and structured summary to refer back to afterwards.

It also significantly reduces the administrative burden after each meeting. Rather than relying on memory or spending considerable time reconstructing conversations, I can prepare candidate reports, interview prep, client updates and next steps much more quickly, accurately and consistently.

The booking-link feature is particularly valuable because I run a geographically dispersed desk across multiple specialisms. I can find it overwhelming to field unscheduled incoming calls and constantly switch between unrelated roles, candidates and client requirements. The booking link enables candidates to select a convenient time within calendar parameters I control, so I can properly prepare for each conversation and ensure I have the time and focus needed to capture the right information.

Overall, RecView saves me a considerable amount of time, reduces context-switching and the risk of important details being missed, and enables me to provide a more attentive, organised and professional experience for both candidates and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
