What do you like best about Rectify?

It is an all-in-one solution package. In addition to the feedback function, it includes a chat to propose code improvements. It also has a white-label widget and custom domain. I think it's a good tool with a future, because it allows you to customize everything to your liking, with each text personalized (although it doesn't support Spanish). What do you dislike about Rectify?

It doesn't have support in Spanish, but the rectify team mentioned they would add it in the future. The good thing is that, even though it doesn't have Spanish, they let you translate it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rectify solving and how is that benefiting you?

now we avoid using email and use a CRM with many tickets to report bugs and also have long tickets to ask clients for steps and screenshots/videos of bugs and processes, now we have a better workflow in the team and it also helps to resolve errors faster with the MCP, ps the mcp is only for obtaining project feedback, not for codescan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
