Recruiter-led workflow: It provides a structured, end-to-end workflow designed around the recruiter experience. Rather than simply being a system for recording information, the platform guides recruiters through the recruitment lifecycle, creating consistency while supporting how recruiters actually work day to day.
Commercially appropriate: Pricing is aligned with the market and represents reasonable value for a business of our size and scale.
Job board integration and visibility: Integration with the major job boards allows candidate-source data to be captured and analysed, giving us greater visibility over where candidates are coming from and helping us focus recruitment spend on the channels delivering the strongest return.
Responsive support: The support team is accessible and responsive, with a good understanding of the platform and our operating requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Deeper data connectivity: Like any platform, the use case evolves as the business grows. As we scale, the next opportunity is to further connect applicants, candidate sources, job orders and ultimately placements. This would provide greater visibility across the full recruitment funnel and help us understand which sourcing channels are delivering successful outcomes, rather than simply generating applications.
2. Database search and candidate matching: RecruitOnline already captures a significant amount of candidate information and provides a robust database search capability. The next evolution would be making that data work even harder by proactively identifying and connecting suitable candidates within the existing database to new job orders.
3. AI-enabled recruitment: This is not to discredit the AI capability already within the platform or the advancements that have been made. As AI continues to develop across recruitment and broader business, we see an opportunity to further enhance these capabilities through intelligent candidate-to-job matching. Ideally, before going externally to job boards, recruiters could be presented with suitable candidates already within the database.
4. Better return from the existing database: The platform captures a substantial amount of valuable data throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The opportunity is to increasingly move from capturing and searching that data to proactively leveraging it. Using the information already held within RecruitOnline to surface candidates, recommend matches and inform recruiter actions could improve speed to placement, recruiter productivity and candidate engagement, while also reducing unnecessary reliance on external job-board spend.
Overall, I would position these as opportunities for the platform's next stage of evolution rather than current weaknesses. The underlying data and functionality are already there; the opportunity is to use AI and greater connectivity to extract more value from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
