What do you like best about RecruitMilitary?

There were always a lot of candidates, not all were a good fit for what we were looking for but it was a nice way to network and get to meet new people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RecruitMilitary?

There didn't seem to be a lot of guidelines for the attendees. Probably 30% of the people that showed up to the in person career fairs weren't properly dressed for trying to get a job. Its almost as if they were just required to be there or something. We did meet several great people but ultimately only hired 1 out of the 4-5 fairs that we attended. Recommendations to others considering RecruitMilitary:

What problems is RecruitMilitary solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well, the problem that we solved is that we were able to make a hire. It puts you and your company in front of a lot of people and being able to network with other companies is always valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
