"A Powerful Recruiting CRM with Great Visibility and Room to Simplify"

What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

What I like best about Recruit CRM & ATS is the ability to track and manage everything in one place. I especially like the Kanban view because it gives you a really clear visual picture of where every candidate is in the process. It almost feels like having a live whiteboard in front of you, which makes it much easier to stay organized and quickly identify where things need attention.

I also really value the LinkedIn integrations, as they make sourcing and adding candidates into the system much more seamless. The AI search functionality is another standout feature for me. It makes it easier to find relevant candidates within the database and get more value from the information you already have, rather than constantly starting a search from scratch.

Overall, I think the combination of strong candidate tracking, visual pipeline management, LinkedIn integration, and AI-powered search makes Recruit CRM a very practical and intuitive system for recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?

What I dislike most about Recruit CRM & ATS is that some features feel more complicated than they need to be. The workflows, in particular, can be quite difficult to set up and I think there is a real opportunity to simplify them and make automation more intuitive for the average user.

I’ve also experienced some inconsistencies with the SourceWhale integration. There have been instances where candidates are in my SourceWhale campaign but haven’t synced across to Recruit CRM, so the two systems don’t always feel as seamlessly connected as I would expect.

There are also a few smaller UI/UX frustrations. For example, when assigning a candidate, you can’t simply click on the candidate’s name and instead have to click in a very specific area next to it. These are relatively small things individually, but they add unnecessary friction to everyday tasks.

Overall, I think most of my frustrations are things that could be fairly easily improved through simpler workflows, stronger integrations, and small UI/UX refinements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
