I can manage both candidate and client information effectively and efficiently. On top of that, I’m able to use the AI tools on the platform and source candidates without leaving Recruit CRM. It also supports text messaging and calls, along with recruiter notes, which helps me keep everything in one place. Overall, it offers strong features for both recruitment and account management. Mostly the interface. I don’t like how confusing it looks. If your design team could tweak the pages a bit to make them more user-friendly, I’d really love using Recruit CRM.
