I really like Recruit CRM & ATS for managing my database of accountants and financial professionals, keeping everything handy in one place. Our team uses email sequencing and appreciates the advanced search feature because it allows us to filter our large database of candidates based on specific requirements. The radius search tool is particularly handy, helping us find people in close proximity to the job location. I also like that most things in the app are preset, and if there are any custom fields needed, they help you create those.
