What do you like best about RecordMinder?

RecordMinder is a very easy to use software that has a very remarkable support team available 24/7. It allows us to securely centralize, organize, and track all our documents. Through E-sign, we are able to sign and send forms and documents with our signature features from our desks on the go. We have full control of tasks over who has access to what records, track and approve (or decline) requests for other parties to have timed access to our confidential files. What do you dislike about RecordMinder?

So far so good, this is actually our 3rd year using RecordMinder and I can confidently say that our expectations went the way we wanted. It has never been a disappointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RecordMinder solving and how is that benefiting you?

With RecordMinder we are able to set alerts to notify us when a document is nearing expiration. This helps us avoid costly fines and keep our records up to date. RecordMinder offers features that are very crucial during the document management process which includes: -access control, -archiving and retention, -document delivery, -electronic signature, -forms management, -file type conversion, I appreciate it offers us a free trial version amid training via documentation and webinars.
