I think Recorded Future could improve its overall usability. Some parts can feel a little overwhelming, especially when you're first getting familiar with the platform due to the amount of information available. A simpler interface with more customized options for alerts and clearer guidance on which insights are most important would make it easier to get value from the platform quickly. It would also be helpful if some of the technical information was explained in a more straightforward way.
