What do you like best about Reconstruct?

It's a great wellness and productivity platform that encouraging the use of interactive tools to deal with everyday thoughts and emotions. Their idea is to provide users with simple coping tools to understand their thoughts and emotions before they become hard to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reconstruct?

What problems is Reconstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?

its a one-stop destination for all things related to mental health and wellness. While its currently offer only self-help tools to manage everyday emotions, it will soon be a resource pool for all things mental health - from books to therapists, counsellors, etc, you will have all the information here.
