What do you like best about Recomaze AI?

What I like most about Recomaze AI is how seamlessly it bridges the gap between our complex, technical product catalog and customers’ buying decisions. Running 24/7 across our three websites (zeolitesproduction.com, zecoshop.ro, and doctorzeco.ro), it works like an intelligent virtual sales consultant. It responds to routine customer questions immediately and provides highly personalized product recommendations in real time, which has noticeably improved our user experience and boosted conversion rates. What do you dislike about Recomaze AI?

It’s difficult to point to any real negatives, because it meets our needs across all three websites. As the platform continues to evolve, it would be a nice touch to have more built-in UI customization options for the chat widget, but that’s really just a small wishlist item rather than an actual drawback.
