What do you like best about Recomaze AI?

We are very satisfied with Recomaze AI and really enjoy using the platform. We have integrated the AI agent into both **cridem.ro** and **portbagajulmeu.ro**, where it provides customers with a helpful, fluid, and intuitive way to find the right products and get answers quickly.

One of the biggest benefits is that it handles many repetitive customer questions, effectively freeing up a customer service colleague for other tasks. We also really like the **Content Generator**, which helps us create and improve content much faster.

Overall, Recomaze AI has become a valuable part of our daily e-commerce workflow. We are very satisfied with the value Recomaze AI provides. What problems is Recomaze AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cridem has nearly 30 years of experience distributing car, motorcycle and truck accessories. Through cridem.ro and portbagajulmeu.ro it sells roof bars, roof boxes, bike and ski carriers, as well as solutions for commercial vehicles. Recomaze turns compatibility questions into conversational searches, identifying products by name and description. It works in Romanian, Hungarian and English on cridem.ro, and in Romanian on portbagajulmeu.ro. "Customers can say in plain words what car they drive and what accessory they need, and Recomaze takes them straight to the products that fit. A technical search becomes simple and intuitive. Recomaze AI helps us save a significant amount of time in content creation. We regularly use the Content Generator for blog posts, product content, and product descriptions, making it much faster to create and optimize content for our online stores.
